Tammy Barnes

Tammy has been in real estate since 2006. She worked for Exit Realty from 2006-2008 where she was Listing and Selling Age of the Month numerous times. In November 2008, she joined the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast family where she was Best-of-the-Best for the 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rdquarters of 2009; and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters of 2010 in addition to Top Producer for 2009 and 2010.

Residing in Burgaw, Tammy is married to Tim Barnes, a Commercial General Contractor. She has three children and four adorable grandchildren. Family is very important to her and she understands how serious a decision it is to buy or sell a home. That’s why she gives detailed attention throughout the real estate process.
